- Cary J. Calderone is a California licensed attorney. He provides general counsel services and support to small and mid-sized technology companies. He spent the better part of 10 years as a litigator and technology lawyer, an additional 8 years as an IT consultant, designing and implementing technology solutions and, most recently, has been assisting companies in their quest to design workable electronic document retention policies and being prepared for the new world of electronic discovery.
